Taste of Soul is founded by Lady Rosey Huger, a native of Baltimore, MD. Lady Rose is passionate about cooking. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family Education. However her passion is cooking and the art of creativity with food. Lady Rose hold a food service manager's license and is Safe Serv Certified. There are so many different restaurants and food providers HOWEVER Taste of Soul stands out as it is a business that is Mobile. When scheduled for an event, we set up under a shaded tent to service our customers with good food, a smile and southern, friendly hospitality. That's why we are a Taste of Soul because its more than the taste of the food but we offer the service to go along with it. Our menu includes dishes such as deep fried fish, golden brown fried chicken, down home macaroni and cheese, sweet candied yams, delicious potato salad just to name a few. However our dessert consist of our famous Banana Pudding Cake Parfait and Strawberry Cheesecake Parfaits. We have unique beverages such as the Ro-mix, which is a fruity refreshing beverage and we offer a delicious, sweet half and half. We look forward and are happy to service your catering and or food vending needs.
